Refund Policy

If you would like to return an item you have received please contact us on info@onepercente.store within 14 days of delivery.

You must wait for a return address to be sent to you via email address as the address for returns/exchanges are different. We are not liable for any items sent to the wrong address/ an address not stated to you by email.

Note that any item that have been worn, washed, damaged or have come out of the original contents, tags and bag will not be eligible for returns/exchanges. 

We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met once inspected. 

SALE items and 1/1 limited drops can not be refunded and may only be exchanged for the right size. 

In addition, we do not cover the costs of returns/ exchanges.

Once and order is placed we cannot alter it for security so please make sure all details are correct.
